Refund Policy
Due to sanitary reasons, we can only accept returns if the product is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item. Please select carefully as we cannot accept exchanges or returns due to change of mind.
We can accept a return only if the following conditions are met:
- The return must be initiated within 14 days after you received your order.
- Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn/unused, and in its original packaging.
- You can provide us with your original order number for proof of purchase.
- The item(s) is defective or damaged.
To initiate a request for a return or exchange, please email support@blissi.com.au and let us know why you would like to return your item(s). Remember to include a clear photo of the defect and your order number.
Please wait for approval before sending your package back. Items sent back to us without being approved first will not be accepted.
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 business days.
